International Court of Justice. Pleadings, Oral arguments and Documents. This is a companion set to the Reports.  These volumes contain the briefs, motions, and the oral arguments made to the International Court of Justice.

The Court website is especially useful for the pleadings and documents of more recent cases.

 

Permanent Court of International Justice.  This was the predecessor of the International Court  of Justice.  The Court's Publications were published in several series between 1922 and 1946. For MLIC holdings and locations in the online catalog:

International Law Reports.  This multi-volume set reproduces judicial materials related to public international law.  Includes decisions of international tribunals and national tribunals.  There are a large number of volumes in this set.  Refer to the several "Consolidated Index and Consolidated Table of Cases and Treaties" volumes.  Though this set continues to be published, the MLIC ceased subscribing in July, 2010.
