Tribal Court Opinions - Online

  • Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma Courts
    Must register to obtain decisions, but need not be a Cherokee citizen to register.
  • Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde
    There is a link following the phrase - Tribal Court Published Opinions and Ordinances can be found here, that provides further links to three folders: Appeals, Civil, and Juvenile that include opinions from the respective courts.
  • Ho-Chunk Nation Judicial Decisions
    This link goes to the home page of the Ho-Chunk Judiciary. There are links on the left-side of the site and the bottome on the site that link to the Ho-Chunk Supreme Court and the Ho-Chunk Trial Court, respectively.
  • Navajo Nation Supreme Court Opinions
    Beginning in 2006 through the present, online access is available to the Supreme Court Opinions of the Navajo Nation.
  • Oneida Nation Reporter (1992 - 2008)
    The Oneida Nation Reporter is a compilation of opinions rendered by the Oneida Tribal Judicial System, also known as the Appeals Commission, beginning with 1992. Each volume is separated into three sections, Initial Review, Trial Court, and Appellate Court. Volume 1 (1992-1995) and Volume 2 (1996) does not contain Initial Reviews.
