Congressional bills often have various versions. The following sources will provide access to the versions of bills.
Lexis contains primary and secondary materials on every legal subject and is one of the premier U.S. legal information vendors. The site contains all U.S. state and federal statutes, cases, regulations, as well as the majority of law reviews, and many treatises. Access is limited to TU law students and faculty.

Proquest Congressional offers a comprehensive collection of congressional documents from 1789 to the present, including House and Senate Documents/Reports, Congressional Record, legislative histories, CRS Reports, hearings, etc.
