Treaties and Other International Agreements: The Role of the United States Senate. Traces the process of making treaties and gives background information on the Senate role in treaties.

U.S. Treaties

Treaties and other international agreements of the United States of America, 1776-1949.  Published by the U.S. Government Printing Office this 13 volume set is the most comprehensive retrospective collection of American treaties.  This set brings together all the treaties and international agreements entered into by the United States between 1776 and 1949, regardless of whether they are currently in force.  There is an index volume for the set.

Statutes at Large.  Publication of treaties in the Statutes began in 1903.  Publication of international agreements began in 1931.  Publications of treaties and international agreements in the Statutes continued until 1950-51.  There is a list of all treaties and international agreements which were published in the Statutes in part 3 of volume 64.

United States Treaties and Other International Agreements (UST) This is the official publication of the full text of agreements and treaties to which the U.S. is a party.  Prior to the publication of this title, treaties were published in the Statutes at Large.

Treaties and Other International Acts Series (TIAS) This series has the official slip version of agreements and treaties to which the United States is a party.
