Restatement (Third) Restatement of the Foreign Relations Law of the United States
This restatement "consists of (a) international law as it applies to the United States; and (b) domestic law that has substantial significance for the foreign relations of the United States or has other substantial international consequences." It is a seondary source which is a collaborative effort by judges, scholars, and lawyers who practice in the area of international law to clarify and enunciate the main principles in this area of the law.

Published by the American Society of International law, this is an excellent source for locating the text of current treaties, conventions, etc. Texts of treaties and other international documents often appear here before they are published in other sources.
