The Oklahoma Bar Association (OBA) provides a "Lawyers Helping Lawyers" (LHL) hotline for crisis situations. The LHL hotline is answered by a counseling/mental health service. After-hours calls are answered by a licensed mental health professional. Call 800-364-7886. It is available 24/7. If the matter is less urgent you can email oklalhl@gmail.com with questions.
