Similar to other states, the Oklahoma Board of Bar Examiners requires all prospective applicants to the Oklahoma Bar to complete a Character and Fitness application. This application requires extensive information and documents, and all questions must be answered honestly.
In this guide we will provide resources and general guidance on how to answer some important sections of the Character & Fitness application. We will not be providing guidance on every question. It is your responsibility to make sure that you complete the application and provide correct and honest answers to the Board.
Please keep a record of the application and your research in case you need to reference it if there are questions regarding your answers and so you can attach a copy to your bar application.
